2019 – Present

Associate Pastor of Students, Missions, & Admin

First Baptist Church, Sherwood, AR

In charge of overseeing ministries for students in grades 7-12, planning and leading midweek worship services, organizing mission trips, managing budgets, implementing church initiatives, and providing spiritual care through counseling and prayer. Additionally, responsible for recruiting volunteers, supervising media and computer operations, handling legal and business matters, and ensuring efficient facility management in collaboration with  committees.

2016– 2019

Student Pastor

First Baptist Church, Stuttgart, AR

Responsible for overseeing student ministries for grades 7-12, including leading large midweek worship services and organizing mission trips. Led the student leadership program, managed the ministry budget, and supervised summer interns. Transitioned student worship services to integrate small groups and supervised all media and computer operations for the church, including website management and equipment procurement.

First Baptist Church, Morrillton, AR

Responsible for overseeing ministries for grades 7-12, including leading worship services and organizing mission trips. Spearheaded the transition from “Sunday School” to “LifeGroups” for discipleship ministries and initiated “Equip” groups, resulting in increased Sunday night engagement. Managed all media and computer operations for the church, from website management to equipment procurement.
